One of the special features of the Concept2 RowErg is the watt-precise display of your performance. You train with the right resistance at all times. Thanks to the air resistance, you can adjust the setting very easily and quickly with the lever. A high setting gives you more airflow, and a low setting gives you less airflow. The harder you pull, the more intense the resistance becomes. High settings are ideal for strength training, while lower settings are ideal for endurance training.

Variety of training with apps

Discover the endless variety of rowing training options with over 30 apps such as Kinomap, Regatta or Zwift that are compatible with the RowErg. You also have the option of training with Concept2's own apps. This includes ErgData and the ErgRace Mobile app, with which you can row virtually against or with others. Thanks to the Bluetooth interface, you can pair your smartphone or tablet with the RowErg in no time at all. With the integrated tablet holder, you can easily attach your smartphone or tablet to the machine and experience the best entertainment and training motivation during the workout.

All your training data at a glance

The clearly laid-out Performance Monitor 5 (PM5) allows you a variety of training options and a particularly good overview. Choose the "Just Row" mode or one of many interactive games like the Fish Game. On the PM5 display you can see the training data for pace, watts, stroke frequency and calories. This data is either backed up to internal memory or can be saved to a USB drive. For even more data, we recommend using a Bluetooth Smart chest strap to measure heart rate.

Track & measure training goals

The RowErg is able to measure performance data directly and precisely. Thanks to the option of saving your training data on USB, you can use the free "Online Logbook" to track and measure your training goals at any time. View your workout data and get summaries, statistics and analysis of your rowing sessions. Compare yourself with thousands of other users worldwide in the Logbook ranking. To keep you motivated for rowing training, you will regularly receive new challenges in the logbook. This is how training succeeds.

A new feature of the Concept2 RowErg is the option to choose between 2 heights. Choose the standard height with a seat height of 36 cm or the raised version with a seat height of 51 cm. The high-quality frame construction of the tried-and-tested Concept2 RowErg is now joined by the innovative PM5 monitor to offer completely new functions for your rowing training. The PM5 training computer offers connectivity via Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ with compatible chest straps. Furthermore, data backup is now possible with a USB stick. Ich habe verschiedene Rudergeräte in Fitness Studios und bei Freunden getestet. Das von Concept2 war einfach das Beste. Wenn dieses von Crossfittern genutzt wird, kann es nur gut sein. ich habe es nun bereits mehrere Monate im Einsatz und bin mega zufrieden. Würde es sofort wieder kaufen! Lieferung bei Sport Tiedje ebenfalls top!
